Customer Services Advisor Talking to customers daily via telephone, e mail First point of contact for customers Resolving day to day problems that occur in a busy logistics office Day to day administration duties Updating data bases Personal Attributes:
Excellent telephone manner Good customer services skills Flexible approach Team player Ability to prioritise Car owner / driver preferred Qualifications:
Good GCSE results or equivalent an advantage but not essential. Mathematics C or above most desirable Benefits:
£12-15,000 per annum 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday hours may vary so flexibility required
