Our client is a leading healthcare organisation that provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems through a network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. Their 6 bed service is situated in the Northampton area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.
We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of CSCI requirements. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to promote independence and enhance the quality of life of adults with learning disabilities.
The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, company pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to the organisation. You will need to be NVQ4/RMA qualified with a minimum of two years management experience in a similar environment.
