This newly refurbished home requires an exceptional Home Manager with experience of managing a home before. You will either hold or working towards your RMA. This is a full time post, and you might be required to work weekends. You will be a qualified nurse. This group has high standards of care and expects the same from its Management team.

You will have a passion for marketing of the home, and have previously shown success in filling empty beds. This home will have 2 phases, with 50 plus beds upon completion and aiming to be open in November 2009.

The Home Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the home in line with the Company's aims and objectives. Although specific responsibilities are delegated to the Deputy Home Manager/Head of Care, Chef and Care Team Managers, the Home Manager is accountable to the Care Services Manager for standards of care practice, catering and domestic services, staff and financial management, and the management and day to day maintenance of the building.
