Job Description
Our client is a health and social care provider who specialise in providing residential and community care services for people with learning disabilities and adults with mental health needs. They are currently seeking an experienced manager for their small service in the Northampton area. Your main role as manager will be to ensure the unit provides the highest levels of care and support to service users and ensure CQC standards are met and maintained. You will be expected to market and develop the service by dealing with outside agencies along with new referrals and assessments. You will need to be NVQ4/RMA qualified or hold a registered nursing qualification, along with a minimum of one years experience in a similar role.
