• What’s involved:

1. Responsible for the day to day monitoring and maintenance of the major systems for Housing.

2. To monitor the Housing systems to ensure data integrity and reconcile interfaces with other NBC financial systems on a daily basis to auditable best practice.

3. Responsible for first line support to users within the authority for the Housing systems.

4. To provide management information, necessary for effective performance monitoring and inclusion in reports as required by statutory bodies.

5. To provide technical advice, guidance and training on the major Housing systems within the authority.

6. To contribute to the development and implementation of service based Housing systems.
