Job Description

This excellent two rosette restaurant in beautiful Northamptonshire is renowned for its beautiful setting and excellent cuisine. The hotel in which the restaurant is housed has achieved four stars and is always looking to further its reputation. The restaurant is currently looking to recruit Chef de Partie in the main kitchen.

The responsibilities of this position will include: Maintaining the standards of this great establishment Assisting in the development of dishes through thorough experimentation Working effectively as part of the restaurant team Supporting Senior Chefs Coaching and supporting junior members of staff Taking part in training and development The working patterns for these Demi Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires, likely to be a combination of split and straight shifts. The right candidate will be an experienced Chef with a background in AA rosette properties, with experience in banqueting. You will possess excellent presentation skills, be keen to learn and show initiative as this is a perfect role for you to be trained and progress in your career.
