Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commis Chef to join the team at this elegant hotel.
Set in a modern building, this impressive four-star hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and offers high levels of service at all times. Your experience and in fine dining and banqueting as well as an excellent knowledge of fish and fresh produce, complemented by your previous experience in rosette accredited establishments.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. This is good opportunity for a Commis Chef to join a brigade and gain experience in a well-credited establishment.
