An excellent position has become available for a RGN or RMN Deputy Manager based in NorthamptonshireYou will be working in a medium sized modern purpose built nursing home that care caters for Elderly, Palliative, Dementia and convalescence care. The Role: Manage the home in the absence of the General ManagerAct as Clinical Lead within the HomeManage all Registered Nurses within Implement training/induction programmes for all Care StaffEnsure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the HomeQuality Management and audits with the Clinical Department of the HomeWork with the General Manager in improving the quality rating from CQCFollow up enquiries on private beds both Dementia and Nursing.To be considered for this position you will need to have: RGN or RMN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a nursing home setting. Must have experience at Supervisory level within a nursing home. Excellent clinical skills and supervisory experience. Ability to lead and motivate other staff members. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
