Our client is a leading global financial institute and are looking for an International Customer Liaison Officer.

You will be working within the Merchant Services department and duties will include:

- taking inbound calls from customers with hand held terminals

- resolving faults and answering queries regarding the hand held terminals

- implement changes and existing work practices with other departments.

- translating documentations and conversations from french to english

You will be highly organised, have good communication skills, verbal and written and be fluent in french due to the translation of documents/conversations.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00 and is based in Northampton
