Responding to contact from potential and existing customers Use negotiation techniques to maximise opportunities to convert new customers or encourage greater card spend Escalate new business leads to most appropriate channels Working to agreed service standards and service levels Working to KPI\'s Self managing time and productivity Ensuring full compliance to all industry rules and regulations Personal Attributes:
Sales experience Strong telephone techniques Highly competent computer skills Fast accurate keyboard skills Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Self motivated, competitive, energetic and enthusiastic Qualifications:
GCSE grade C or above English and Maths minimim Financial industry knowledge advantageous Good credit rating - No CCJ\'s permitted Previous call / contact centre experience desirable Benefits:
