• What’s involved:

1. To create, develop and implement processes and systems within HR Operations which deliver improved operational efficiency, customer access and self-service.

2. To be operationally responsible for the performance of HR Operations, providing guidance on the delivery of operational excellence through the supervision, development and motivation of employees.

3. To be the responsible representative for HR Operations at forums and meetings internally and externally as appropriate.

- business process analysis/mapping experience
