• What’s involved:

To advise and enable Heads of Service, Senior Managers and Head Teachers on the professional aspects of HR including management of employees, HR policy, legal implications, formal consultation, which ensures that the Council has excellent management of its employees and strong employee relations.

To project manage and advise Heads of Service, Senior Managers and Head Teachers on all aspects of change management as it impacts on the terms and conditions, working practices, behaviours and team structures to ensure the Council has the right workforce to deliver its services and minimises risks from change.
