Test Project Manager (Business Change) - Northampton, required to join an industry leading, rapidly expanding client. The client is looking for a Test Project Manager and a Senior Test Project Manager. The suitable candidates will be leading the business testing and live proving on various Change Projects that feature radical innovation, enormous scale and technical complexity. You will be responsible for a wide range of project testing, the projects can vary from regulatory and mandatory change projects to those focussed on payments innovations and/or international business change. You will work with both internal and external customers to generate clear testing requirements, this means exploring innovative options, turning those into practical testing strategies and delivering an exceptional test service aligned to the strategy. The sutable candidate will have a solid track record of testing in a complex business change environment, ideally from within a Financial Services industry with particular preference being given to someone from a Retail Banking/Credit-Card environment. You will have high level Stakeholder Management experience and will bring a passion and energy that is needed to tackle tough and challenging projects with enthusiasm.
