This beautiful, tranquil countryside Hotel with 40 plus bedrooms situated in Northamptonshire is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to progress to Sous Chef. The Hotel offers Fine Dining, Private Dining and Banqueting for up to 200. All ingredients are fresh and everything is home made.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, be keen to learn and show initiative but you should have the ability to lead, motivate delegate and train.
If you have a stable rosette background in Fine Dine restaurants and you are looking for progression in your career then this is the perfect opportunity.
