• What’s involved:

To contribute to a multi-tasked team responsible for the provision of an efficient, effective, comprehensive, front-line (or in the call centre by telephone Customer Service providing information, advice and assistance on a broad range of services provided by both the Council and external organisations.

To provide specific support to customers in relation to Council Tax and Housing/Council Tax Benefits queries.

- minimum 2 years customer service experience
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook user
- excellent understanding of the Northgate and Comino systems
- an excellent understanding of Benefits and Council tax work processes and procedures.

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
