An exciting new opportunity has arisen within UK\'s leading provider of integrated training, event and learning solutions for all sizes of organisation both in the UK and overseas. From full outsourcing of employee training needs to single places on specific courses, my client aim to add value to organisations by building skills, increasing knowledge and developing people.

They are currently looking to appoint an Operations Manager in their Northampton office

The role will be to oversee the day to day operation of the Blended Learning Team within Capita Learning & Development. To ensure that all of the staff within the Blended Learning Team achieve their objectives in areas of Productivity, Profitability, Quality and Service.

Candidates should have extensive experience within an Learning & Development environment, Financial Management, exceptional planning and organisational skills, comprehensive E-learning and Blended Learning knowledge, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, excellent Leadership skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be experienced in delivering presentations to internal and external customers
