Job Description

St Andrew\'s Healthcare is the UK\'s largest not-for-profit mental health care charity. Through this, St Andrew\'s is fast-becoming a national centre of excellence across a number of areas.

Their largest range of services are located at their main site in Northampton, but they also have regional sites in Essex, Birmingham and Mansfield.

St Andrew\'s currently employ over 3,000 staff who are passionate about what they do evidenced by their Investors In People accreditation. They are working hard to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to develop and further their careers, and we are therefore looking to strengthen their Management Development team through the appointment of a Management Development Trainer. This is an important position where you will play a fundamental role in the design and delivery of management and leadership training across St Andrew\'s Healthcare.

  • Research best practice and develop own skills and abilities in the design, delivery and recommendation of relevant, cost effective learning interventions.
  • Provide expert advice to managers and staff relating to personal development.

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced management development specialist with a track record of design and delivery. Key to this role is being able to build rapport and communicate your training in an engaging way that will encourage personal reflection.

Although this position is being advertised initially as a 6 month contract, there is a strong possibility that the role will become permanent and therefore we are interested in applicants who are looking for long term opportunities.

If you are interested in this position please send your CV and salary expectations to (see below). Closing date will be Friday 26th March.
