Spanish Paralegal/Contracts Officer (IT/Software Arena) -Northampton
Skills Contract Drafts, Software Licensing Agreements, NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements), Bilingual, Tri-Lingual, Spanish or French Fluency.
We are looking for a new addition to my Clients Paralegal/contracts team, my client is a leading Software vendor requires a Bilingual (Spanish/English) or (French/English) EMEA Legal Advisor/Contracts Officer/Paralegal. you\'ll ideally have experience of agreements/contracts for the IT/software Arena. As the Legal Advisor/Contracts Officer Draft, review and negotiate the following types of agreements in English, French or Spanish for my clients EMEA region (including, but not limited to, UK, France Spain, Nordic countries): software licence and maintenance agreements, distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, novation agreements, professional services agreements, statement ofworks, staff augmentation agreements, marketing agreements and any types of addendum. you\'ll Prepare employment Contracts for EMEA as needed (French/Spanish). you\'ll Assist Regional Counsel and Corporate Counsel as a liaison with regards to litigation issues in EMEA (specifically France and Spain). To qualify you must possess experience in the above, coupled with a Degree in Law and Fluency in Spanish (preferred) or French.
