Job Description
Management Development Officer (Sales)
Leicester – up to £32K + benefits
Our client, a global business to business supplier, are looking for an experienced Management Development Officer to join their experienced L&D team.
Due to internal growth plans, the L&D Team is expanding to ensure that the business is supported both with operational training, and development for the management population.
As part of this strategy, a new dedicated Management Development programme has been developed with individual strands to support the different layers in the organisation.
Our client needs an enthusiastic, pragmatic and creative individual to join the team and design, develop and evaluate management development initiatives to support this programme. You will need to demonstrate experience of developing managers at all levels, from Supervisors through the Directors and be able to inspire and enthuse with a range of both classroom and on-the-job solutions.
In particular our client has identified a gap in the team around management development to the population of Sales Managers both 1st line and Senior.
You may currently be in a dedicated management development role, or you may be an L&D or HR professional with a strong management development skill set. Either way you have a genuine passion for management development and be able to demonstrate solid experience in this arena.
