As a Training Adviser your main role will be the training and assessment of Health and Social Care, Employed Apprentices and Advanced Apprentices aged between 16 and 65 in Elderly Care and Young People with Learning Difficulties, in particular Autism.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of assessing the Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Frameworks within these work settings which includes Key/Functional Skills in English and Maths along with Employment Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. Also required is a good knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and excellent team working and collaborative working skills with a commitment to provide support to colleagues. You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care, hold your A1 Assessors Award and hold a teaching certificate or a minimum of PTTLS or committed to achieving this.
